ATTENTION SMOKERS AND EX-SMOKERS RESEARCH TRIAL PARTICIPANTS NEEDED

Joe W. Ramsdell, M.D. is conducting this research study to find out more about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).  The purpose of this study is to determine the optimum (best) dose for the study drug for treating the symptoms of COPD and is 24 weeks in length.

 

R     Are you at least 40 years of age?

R     Do you have trouble breathing or a persistent cough?

You may have a disease called Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or COPD.  Research on an investigational inhaled drug is being conducted at the:

R     If you currently smoke or have smoked in the past

AND

R      have no allergies or significant heart conditions

Eligible persons will receive study related medical exams, study drug and laboratory tests at no cost while participating in the study.  Compensation will also be provided for time and travel.
